Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the Ordering & Delivery section. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods. Pugspares is not responsible for consequential loss as a result of delayed delivery or non-delivery of goods.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Payment can be made by any method specified in the Order & Delivery section. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

Product Guarantee
We offer the following Money Back Guarantee, in the event of your goods being damaged or faulty:

New parts and accessories - 1 year
Used parts and accessories - 1 month

Products used for racing, sprinting or race track use are excluded from the Guarantee. Normal wear and tear is also excluded. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please return them to pugspares.co.uk with a note of your name, contact details, invoice number (or a copy of your invoice) and reason for return.

We make every effort to supply the correct parts from the description and vehicle specification you provide. However, sometimes errors occur and we will do our best to supply the correct replacement part as soon as possible. Where the correct part is not available you will receive a refund. Pugspares is not responsible for consequential loss as a result of the supply of incorrect parts

Products correctly supplied will be subject to a handling charge of up to 20%, dependant on the part. The return of correctly supplied products is at the cost of the customer.

Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a similar alternative. All descriptions are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. On the rare occasion that there is an error, we will advise you about it as soon as possible.

Postage and packing is the customer's responsibility when returning parts for a refund of surcharge(s).

All other refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company management.

We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date. However, no liability can be accepted by us for loss, damage or injury caused by any errors in, or omissions from, the information given.
